  • *Group rate for ticket on the day is available for group visits of 20 or more people purchasing tickets of the same rate.
  • *Ticket on the day for the Yokohama Triennale 2011 is valid for one day at each main venue, Yokohama Museum of Art and NYK Waterfront Warehouse (BankART Studio NYK).
  • *Special Tie-Up Ticket is a joint ticket that offers discounted admissions to Yokohama Triennale 2011 venues and 2 Special Tie-Up Programs, “Shin Minatomura: A Small City for the Future BankART Life III” at Shinko Pier Exhibition Hall and “Koganecho Bazaar 2011” in Koganecho area.
  • *Visitors can redeem free-pass ticket in exchange with Special Tie-Up Tickets at respective venues of the Special Tie-Up Programs.
  • *We are unable to offer any returns or refunds on tickets after they have been purchased.
  • *Both the Special Tie-Up Ticket and Yokohama Triennale 2011 Ticket grants admission to the Yokohama Triennale 2011 venues (Yokohama Museum of Art and NYK Waterfront Warehouse (BankART Studio NYK)).
  • *The date of your visit will be stamped on the reverse side of your ticket at the entrance to each Yokohama Triennale 2011 venue (multiple entries are permitted over the course of a single day).
  • *You can visit both venues within a single day, or each venue on a separate day.
