Rolf Snoeren: Born in 1969. Both born in the Netherlands, live and work in the Netherlands. Viktor & Rolf is a fashion brand founded by the young Dutch designers Horsting and Snoeren in 1993. They have been participating in the Paris Collection and various other shows. Their haute couture collections have made a sensation in the fashion world and also in the world of contemporary art. They work freely crossing the border between fashion and art. They reject fashion cliches and suggest a new form of fashion that meets young people's needs. International exhibitions: "Winter of Love" at PS1, New York in 1994, "Heavenly Figures" at the Kunsthalle, Dusseldorf in 1999.
