	作者略歴 Brief record	不確実性を露わにし、あるいは作り出すインスタレーション作品を制作し、注目を集めている。ブリュッセルでの展覧会「ラボラトリウム」の作品は、「懐疑のラボラトリー」と書いた白いベンツを、美術館を中心に周回させ、それを１分間のビデオにしたものだった。また、ベルリンでの展覧会「サナトリウム」は、遊具としての機能を持つが、どこか中途半端な立体が並び、遊びという目的のない行為を考えることで、我々が「確実なもの」と信じ込んでいる日常に、懐疑を投げかける、というものであった。 国際展：93年ヴェニス・ビエンナーレ「アペルト」展、97年ドクメンタ（ローズマリー・トロッケルと共作）に参加。 Born in Belgium in 1961. Works and lives in Sweden. Holler is known for installations that expose or create uncertainty. In Laboratorium in a Brussels show, he wrote "Laboratory of Doubt" on a white Mercedes Benz and had it driven around the museum, recording the scene in a one-minute video. Sanitorium, made for an exhibition in Berlin, was a display of awkward-looking objects with the function of playground equipment. Referring to the purposeless nature of play, they question assumptions we believe to be certain in everyday life.
