Pre-booking Necessary for Morehshin ALLAHYARI, Lantian XIE, and IIKAWA Takehiro

Pre-booking via the online booking system for artwork is required for three interactive artworks of Yokohama Triennale 2020 (YMA: Morehshin Allahyari and Lantian Xie; PLOT 48: Iikawa Takehiro) (free of charge). Please read the booking guidance of the artwork you wish to experience which is detailed on the online booking system for artwork.

・Booking period: Booking opens on the online booking system at 0:00 of the day two weeks before the day to experience the artwork. Booking to be closed at 23:59 of the day before the experience.
＊ Booking for July 17 through to July 23 starts on July 10.

・Booking change and cancellation: Cancel via the online booking system by 23:59 of the day before your original booking. For re-booking, please cancel your original booking and re-book by 23:59 of the day before the day when you wish to experience the artwork.
＊ Booking, change, or cancellation cannot be made by telephone or email.

・Drop-in: To be accepted on the day on site only when there are cancellations. Inquiry on availability by telephone or email cannot be accepted.

Attention:
- Booking should be made by the person who is going to experience the artwork. To experience Iikawa’s artwork as a pair/group, booking should be made by a representative member on behalf of the pair/group.

- Please come to the artwork area five minutes prior to the booked time. Please show your booking confirmation to our staff.

- If you come late for the booked time, please understand your time for experience would be shortened.

- Please make sure to read the conditions specified at the guidance which is detailed at the online booking system for artwork.

- These three artworks which require pre-booking are exhibited in the free zone. Yokohama Triennale 2020 ticket is not required to experience these artworks (If you wish to enjoy the rest of the exhibition as well, please purchase your ticket in advance).
