- Entrance is free for students in junior high-school students and younger children.
- All tickets are valid on any 2 days for the duration of Yokohama Triennale 2008.
- Group Ticket: For 20 and more persons
- Entrance is free for handicapped persons with ID and one person attending.
- There will be no refunds for tickets purchased.
- Special Ticket Packs are sold in participating museum shops. Include are: ticket exchangeable for a box ticket; ticket for official guide book; ticket for a shop/café discount coupon; Yokohama Triennale 2008 official notebook; and Yokohama Triennale 2008 official tote bag designed by Bluemark. While supplies last.
- Advance tickets could be purchased starting July 1, 2008 at Ticket Pia, Family Mart, Lawson Ticket (L Code 31310), Seven Eleven, JTB, and other ticket offices. (After September 13th all tickets will be sold at Box Ticket price)
