Hosltad is one of the most prominent young artists in New York today. His means of expression are wide-ranging such as drawing, collage, sculpture, installation, costume, performance, and video. Lying at the basis of his works is a profound interest in perception or cognition and there is an ambiguity that rejects the viewer’s easygoing understanding.
